River of Zen Weekend Seminar & 5 Day Koan Intensive led by Tenkei Coppens Roshi and Genshin Gabrysch Sensei
The weekend begins on Saturday with arrival, midday finger food lunch and welcome session with Roshi.
The workshop, ‘River of Zen’, an all day seminar on Zen in the West, 10:00am to 6:00 pm on Sunday, 4th November, is a general introduction to the practice for newcomers and an opportunity for long-standing Sangha members to contribute views on the practice and to share their experience.
The koan intensive begins Sunday evening until Thursday morning. Newcomers will receive instruction on koan training and will have equal opportunity for dokusan/daisan (private interviews with the teachers).
(Participants’ preference for Zazen only is OK.)
